Abstract
#Kristeller’smaneuver (KM) was described in 1867 as an
obstetric maneuver based on the gentle compression of the #uterinefundus at the time of birth of the head and #shoulders of the #fetus.

described as one of the two tricks accelerating the birth of a #fetalhead [1]. “It is not unusual for the head to pierce.
