Abstract
The injuries of the #pelvicring are the set of mechanical #lesions
affecting the pelvic girdle formed by the 2 #iliacbones, the sacrum
and the #coccyx. The acetabular cavity is an anatomical region
belonging to the pelvis, but its articular function makes the lesions #acetabulum is considered an entity separate from other pelvic
lesions [1]. It is an infrequent emergency, related to generally
violent trauma. They represent 0.3 to 9.3% of all #trauma [2-4]. They
are the preserve of the young active adult.
