Abstract

Objective: Evaluate the relationship between the #psychosocial variables with professional aspects and #sociodemographiccharacteristicsof workers in the furniture manufacturing and the corresponding #multidisciplinaryintervention. Methods: The study sample consisted of 146 workers in the sector of production of two industries of furniture, divided into two groups: Group 1 (study) and group 2 (control). Group 1 was formed by 80 workers and by Group 2 of 66 workers. The instrument used to evaluate Common #MentalDisorders was the Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) and the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) was used to assess the psychosocial factors in the work environment.
