The #cytomegalovirus (CMV) is one of the most causes opportunistic #infections in people with AIDS and the CMV most commonly encountered #retinitis in 80% of patients infected with HIV Adachi et al. Culture of CMV from blood, urine, or even biopsy of tissue is very time consuming Leila et al. [6].
